Research and sources

We prioritize university extension publications and other established horticultural resources. References appear at the end of each guide. Our checklists, examples, and tools help apply growing principles to small spaces. A regional source’s planting month is not automatically a planting month for every U.S. reader.

AI assistance and illustrations

Our launch articles were prepared with AI assistance. Site photography is AI-generated illustration, clearly labeled on article pages. Images show the intended atmosphere or general subject; they are not records of our harvests, proof of a product’s performance, or diagnostic photographs. Plant care instructions take priority over incidental visual details.

Experience and recommendations

We do not invent experiments, qualifications, testimonials, yields, or product tests. When a future article describes a firsthand growing trial, it should include its location or conditions, dates, method, and original photographs.
